Morning Session (10:00 AM–12:00 PM): Introduction to Meditation
The retreat begins with an introduction to meditation, followed by a series of guided practices to help you explore different techniques:

Sunday, 8 June: Concert – Music for the Soul

Experience the beauty and serenity of Sri Chinmoy’s music in this special live concert. Performed by talented musicians, this event features a variety of instruments, including piano, harmonium, guitar, and Gandharva Loka’s world music instruments, creating a deeply meditative and uplifting atmosphere.
The concert will include:

Meditating in a group offers an enriching experience, as it combines individual practice with collective energy. Our meditation classes are always offered free of charge at the request of our teacher Sri Chinmoy in the traditional way that meditation has always been taught – from one heart to another.
