An Introduction to Meditation Kindly try to arrive ten minutes early so that we can make an on-time start at 7.00pm. Each session will finish around 8.30pm. The venue address is 363 St Asaph Street (between Fitzgerald and Barbadoes). Parking is available on the street or in our driveway. The entrance is through the glass door on the right side of the building, just past the deck. Once inside, remove shoes and enter door on the left. There is no charge for admission and you are welcome to bring friends. This event will be held in our meditation room where we don't wear shoes. For hygiene reasons kindly wear or bring clean socks. The venue will be warm so wear comfortable clothing. Seating will be on chairs - we have cushions and meditation stools available too. There is a place to leave bags and jackets - please leave valuables at home. For those interested in exploring meditation in depth we will have a continuation programme on Tuesdays at 7.00pm after completing the Introductory course. Please Note: As this course follows a progressive structure, attending both sessions is recommended to reap the maximum benefits. Upon completing the introductory course, a continuation option will be available for those looking to deepen their meditation practice through weekly group meditation sessions.
