Please come down the driveway, past the deck and enter through the glass doors. Once inside, remove shoes (please wear clean socks as we don’t wear shoes in our meditation room) - the room is the door on the left side of the foyer. There is a place to put coats and bags but please leave valuables at home.

Sumner Esplanade – 10 km & Kids 2.5 km
Join us for a fun, safe, and family-friendly event along the scenic Sumner coastline. Open to participants of all ages and abilities, this race is a wonderful opportunity to challenge yourself, enjoy the outdoors, and experience the joy of self-transcendence.
Location and Course Information:
- Start/Finish Line: Sumner Scarborough Clock Tower, 147 Esplanade, Sumner, Christchurch
- Parking: Available along the Esplanade
- Course: A flat 2.5 km out-and-back on the Esplanade walkway
- 2.5 km entrants will complete the course once
- 10 km entrants will complete the course four times
Additional Details:
- One aid station will provide water and Pure electrolyte drink
- Pushchairs/buggies are permitted
- Please note that the Esplanade will remain open to the public during the event
This event is a great way to enjoy the beautiful Sumner coastline while participating in a supportive and inspiring atmosphere.
