Please come down the driveway, past the deck and enter through the glass doors. Once inside, remove shoes (please wear clean socks as we don’t wear shoes in our meditation room) - the room is the door on the left side of the foyer. There is a place to put coats and bags but please leave valuables at home.

Satsang is primarily “being in the company of truth”, gathering for silence, contemplation, readings/teachings, and heartfelt sharing.

What to Expect (approximate flow)
- Welcome and quiet settling
- Heart‑centred meditation (guided, then silent)
- Short poems and aphorisms with a moment of silence for reflection
- Soulful song and mantra (no experience needed)
- Spacious sound meditation (bowls, harmonium, mantra, handpan, gongs, Koshi chimes, rainstick)—offered for inner experience, not as a performance
- Optional brief sharing
- Closing silence and blessing

Practical Notes
- Come as you are—no prior experience needed.
- You’re welcome to sit on a chair; cushions and tatami seats also available.
- Arriving a few minutes early helps us begin in quiet.
